Kate arranged a weekend retreat last fall, to a beautiful property along the Hudson River. We hiked down to the water, did some yoga, did writing exercises and a meditative labyrinth walk that was inspiring. I am so glad that I took the plunge into actually writing some of my stories. I have amassed quite the collection to leave to my family when they are ready to read and hopefully enjoy my stories.
