Write Out Loud: Writing from the Heart

There are stories we carry—moments, memories, and experiences that have shaped us—but finding a way to express them on the page can feel elusive. In this workshop, you’ll be guided to connect with your voice and explore your stories with honesty, depth, and clarity. Through discussion, brief meditation, and inspiring in-class and take-home writing exercises, you’ll discover various ways of beginning and shaping your stories and bringing your experiences to life in a way that feels natural and true to you. Each session includes time to write, reflect, and share (optional) in a supportive, respectful environment. Whether you’re just beginning or returning to writing, this workshop offers space to put your heart into shaping your writing.
